-
Be the named owner for your stakeholders, running monthly syncs, maintaining key relationships, and keeping the roadmap aligned
-
Build the business case for each initiative to ensure all programs deliver clear value
-
Coordinate across pillars to deliver structured programs including onboarding, new-hire, intermediate, and advanced learning journeys
-
Report quarterly on the link between your programs and at least two business outcomes for the function
Who You Are (Success Profile)
-
You act like an owner, driven by a passion for the mission and a bias for action while navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
-
You are a high-trust collaborator who embraces a culture of candid feedback to build trust and achieve shared goals.
-
You are customer-obsessed, building deep empathy for internal and external stakeholders to anchor decisions in solving real-world problems.
-
You operate with urgency, maintaining a relentless focus on execution and delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
-
You champion simplicity by distilling complex problems and technical concepts into clear, actionable plans and precise communication.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
-
Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
-
7+ years in program management, enablement, or a customer-facing CS / PS role
-
A track record of owning stakeholder relationships and delivering structured programmes end to end
-
Strong business-case and prioritisation discipline
-
Excellent communication across technical and leadership audiences
