Description
Bedford Commons OBGYN
About Us
At Bedford Commons OBGYN, our commitment to providing Uncommon Care begins long before a patient sees a provider—it starts with their very first interaction with our practice. Every patient journey starts somewhere—and for us, it starts with you. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and patient-focused professional to join our team as a Patient Intake Coordinator. This role works collaboratively between our Billing Department and Front Office Team to ensure new patients experience a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized start to their care.
Your work matters. Every registration completed accurately, every appointment scheduled thoughtfully, and every issue identified early helps create a seamless patient experience. One missed detail can create a domino effect—but proactive planning and careful attention can make all the difference. We’re looking for someone who naturally thinks ahead, catches red flags early, and takes initiative before problems arise. You enjoy creating order in a fast-paced environment, balancing efficiency with accuracy, and helping patients feel supported every step of the way.
