As an Advertiser Growth & Expansion Agent (ASR), you'll own the advertiser relationship after the initial sale. You'll manage an assigned portfolio of non-endemic brands, companies outside the travel category, such as financial services, retail, and consumer goods; that advertise to our proprietary first-party audience of in-market travelers. You'll be accountable for campaign performance, account retention, and revenue growth.
In this account management and customer success role, you'll receive a qualified pipeline from Business Development Representatives (BDRs), coordinate with Ad Ops on campaign delivery, and use data to improve advertiser outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
What You'll Do
Onboard new advertisers by establishing their goals, explaining products and campaign requirements, and setting clear expectations from day one.
Lead regular advertiser performance reviews, translating campaign data into clear narratives, recommendations, and forward-looking plans.
Analyze campaign performance, including spend, impressions, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions; and turn the data into actionable recommendations that improve advertiser outcomes.
Identify churn risks early and take action to drive renewals and advance upsell, cross-sell, and budget-expansion opportunities aligned with each advertiser's goals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and portfolio-level reporting, and you'll escalate campaign, technical, and commercial issues to the appropriate teams.
When capacity allows, you'll support pipeline development by qualifying leads alongside the BDR team.
Own account retention and growth across your assigned portfolio by building trusted, long-term advertiser relationships, monitoring account health and campaign performance, proactively addressing churn risks, securing repeat investment and renewals, and developing account growth plans that increase product adoption, budgets, and revenue through needs-based upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
You have a bachelor's degree or at least one year of experience in account management, customer success, advertising sales, digital marketing, or campaign management.
Preferred Qualifications

You can read campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, confident recommendations for advertisers.
You're a strong written and verbal communicator who can deliver client-facing presentations and credibly manage senior stakeholders.
You have experience managing a portfolio or book of business with responsibility for retention, adoption, or revenue growth.
You demonstrate advanced sales acumen, including consultative discovery, value-based selling, objection handling, and negotiation, and you can translate advertiser goals into compelling retention, upsell, cross-sell, and budget-growth recommendations.
You have experience using Google Ads Manager reporting to monitor campaign performance, interpret metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, identify trends, and present clear, data-driven optimization recommendations to advertisers.
You are proficient with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and comfortable using reporting and collaboration tools.
