Weekly Working Hours: 40
- Open and Process/distribute all mail
- Inout Forms Requisitions into the system
- Purchase business cards, rubber stamps, name plates, janitorial items, MICR branch specific items, office products, envelopes and any other orders
- Receive stock items into the system and approve invoices
- Reconcile monthly invoices for payment
- Complete monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual certifications
- Participates in semi-annual inventory
