Hospitality Support Associate
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Manager on Duty
Job Summary
The Hospitality Support Associate is a cross-trained member of the Food & Beverage team who supports the club's dining, beverage, banquet, and member event operations. This position may assist as a host, server assistant, busser, food runner, barista, banquet attendant, or in other food and beverage support functions based on the needs of the operation.
The ideal candidate is dependable, service-minded, team-oriented, and willing to step in wherever needed to provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist with seating, table service, clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining areas.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to members and guests.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages as assigned.
- Set up, maintain, and break down dining rooms, service stations, banquet rooms, and event spaces.
- Stock service areas with necessary supplies, glassware, china, silverware, linens, and other items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, beverage, and public areas.
- Assist servers, bartenders, culinary staff, and other team members during service.
- Assist with banquet and special event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Respond to member and guest requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Follow all club standards for food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, safety, and member service.
- Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in ongoing training and cross-training.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the club's Food & Beverage operations.

Cross-training and a willingness to learn different areas of the operation are essential to success in this position.
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous hospitality, restaurant, club, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
Ability to learn and perform multiple food and beverage support functions.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
