About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Tax Compliance Manager to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will support the Head of Group International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing in managing transfer pricing matters across the Group, ensuring documentation, reviews, and compliance activities are completed accurately and within regulatory timelines. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to address transfer pricing and international tax matters.
What you will be doing
Support the Head of Group International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing in managing the Group’s transfer pricing affairs and ensuring transfer pricing documentation is prepared and available within regulatory timelines.
Assist in the annual review of management cost allocation to ensure the allocation basis complies with transfer pricing rules and regulations.
Act as a liaison with tax agents and regulatory authorities in relation to transfer pricing matters across relevant countries.
Support the resolution of transfer pricing issues raised by Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) and Support Function Groups (SFGs).
Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities to enhance tax efficiency for the Group.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Group International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing.
What we’re looking for
Degree or professional qualification in accounting, taxation, finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and international tax compliance requirements.
Experience working with tax agents and regulatory authorities.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the Group.
