About the Role:
A Private/Healthcare Portfolio Manager II manages or assists with the management of a predetermined portfolio of existing client relationships, including new credit, renewals, modifications, covenant compliance, and financial monitoring and reporting. They assist Relationship Managers with client and prospect loan needs, analysis to include financial spreads, term sheets, commitment letters and documentation/closing, and all duties assigned.
- New credit underwriting. Working on loan requests with more complexity and may require limited assistance and additional oversite.
- Renewals/modifications
- Financial monitoring and reporting, covenant compliance, and quarterly risk ratings
- Ensure all bank loan documentation is accurate and the Bank’s security interest in collateral is perfected
- Ensure timely processing of all credit requests and renewals
- Analyze and complete term loan reviews
- Perform ongoing loan administration, file maintenance, and collection of financials with some support of the primary Relationship Manager
- Ensure all bank loan files, both hardcopy and digital, are updated, organized, and complete
- Perform a multitude of written and verbal communication tasks to ensure completion of all assigned projects
- Some proficiency with Cross-sell and deepen client relationships
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
- 3 years — of industry work experience (Required)
- 2 Years — Previous portfolio management experience (Preferred)
- Thorough understanding of and ability to interpret complex accounting literature and accounting pronouncements, regulations, practice and theory, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to day-to-day activities
- Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective team player
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of and compliance with all bank credit policies and procedures
- General understanding of commercial and real estate underwriting
- Ability to engage and develop relationships with all internal bank departments
- No travel required.
The base pay range for this role is $78,000.00 to $135,000.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
