The Opportunity
We are looking for a dependable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support both the clinical and front-office needs of our Castle Rock practice. You'll work closely with providers and patients to help ensure visits, procedures, scheduling, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcome and check in patients while collecting required information, forms, and consents.
  • Obtain medical histories, record vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments for patient visits and procedures.
  • Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and other clinical procedures.
  • Support patients before and after procedures, including assisting with patient transfers when needed.
  • Prepare, order, and administer medications under physician supervision and direction.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and help manage open appointment times and cancellations.
  • Monitor medical supply levels and keep clinical spaces properly stocked.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable standards.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and patient service skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Preferred
  • Medical Assistant certification.
  • Previous experience in a clinical, procedural, or specialty healthcare environment.
