Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, has its headquarters in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving steady growth in both operations and headcount.

This is a generalist role, working closely with and supporting the Commercial Division with practical solutions. The role reports to the Commercial Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead generation activities across digital and traditional channels to support the commercial team's pipeline
• Design and produce company marketing material, including leaflets, brochures, presentations and other sales support content
• Coordinate VIPA's participation in trade exhibitions and industry events, from planning and logistics to on-site presence and follow-up
• Maintain and develop the company's brand identity across all external touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual standards
• Manage and grow VIPA's digital presence, including website content and social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
• Support the commercial team with market research, competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis
• Coordinate with external partners and suppliers, such as designers, printers and event organizers
• Track and report on marketing activity performance, providing input for budget planning and future initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries to ensure aligned messaging and shared resources

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment
• Strong command of design and presentation tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
• Experience organizing or supporting participation in exhibitions and corporate events
• Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
• Strong writing and communication skills (in Greek & English), with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to travel occasionally for events

Compensation Transparency
The salary range for this position will be shared with candidates before the interview stage, in line with current pay transparency legislation (Law 5316/2026).
