Marsh Risk,a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management consulting, is currently seeking a Junior Client Advisor to join our Risk Management team through our Professional Graduate Programme. This role will be based in Padova for a hybrid role.
This opportunity sits within Marsh’s Risk Management Practice and supports a portfolio of multinational clients.
As a Junior Client Advisor, you will work closely with the Client Executive to deliver risk and insurance solutions, manage renewals, and build trusted client relationships. The role combines client service, technical insurance expertise, the development of strong client relationships, and portfolio growth, with close collaboration across Marsh and its insurer partners.
We will count on you to:
Manage the delivery, implementation, and ongoing review of risk management and insurance programmes to meet client needs;
Build and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication and service delivery;
Manage renewal, retention, and portfolio strategies, while identifying opportunities to support client needs beyond traditional insurance products;
Support the management of a portfolio of predominantly large, complex, and/or multinational clients;
Help identify and agree strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs and objectives;
Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams;
Partner with the Placement Team to design strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;
Provide guidance on technical insurance matters, stay informed on complex claims activity, and work with internal teams to support client outcomes;
Maintain accurate client records and apply relevant regulatory and legislative requirements in day-to-day practice.
What you need to have:
University master’s degree in economics (Management, Business Administration, International Business, etc.), Law or related field.
Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English
IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)
What we offer:
Tailored career progression: The programme starts with a 6-month internship. At the end of the 6-month internship, based on the tutors' evaluation, the internship can proceed through an apprenticeship contract offering a starting gross annual salary of €28.000. The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is 'Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi’.
