Roles and Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end operations transformation initiatives across customer operations, back office, and shared services environments • Analyze existing (as-is) processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, automation opportunities, and value levers • Design future-state (to-be) processes, operating models, and governance frameworks aligned to client goals • Apply Lean, Business Excellence, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomes • Identify and support deployment of automation (RPA), digital workflow, analytics, and AIorGenAI use cases • Track and report transformation benefits across cost, productivity, quality, customer experience etc • Work with stakeholders, delivery leaders, and cross-functional internal teams to drive execution • Contribute to creation of transformation assets, playbooks, and best practicesAny Graduation
