Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Evaluate the reliability of semiconductor devices regarding Plasma Induced Damage (PID) Develop and implement fast test algorithms Develop and define test structures Develop measurement methods for semiconductor reliability Provide documentation of the results and report to cross-functional project teams Manage qualification teams Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A master degree in Physics or Electrical Engineerin g First professional experienc e in the field of semiconductors Knowledge in the field of semiconductor components Experience in data analysis and project management Knowledge in programming (e.g. Python) Very good communication and teamwork skills and strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Fluency in English and German #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
