Associate Attorney

We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Attorney to fight for justice in the Vancouver, WA area! We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a fulfilling role and use their legal expertise to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering an employee retirement plan and WSBA dues reimbursement. Hire may also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and Temporary Expanded PSLF Certification when employed by an indigent defense contractor!

Qualifications

• Washington State Bar License, or in good standing of the Bar, who can apply for Comity into the Washington Bar at time of hire is a MUST
• 2+ years’ experience in Advocacy is PREFERRED
• Parental Rights Defense experience is a BIG PLUS
• Previous experience representing Indigent Cliental is a PLUS
• Passion and ability to help people in crisis is PREFERRED
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a BIG PLUS
