Position Summary
As Sr. Director Global RWE and Health Outcomes Oncology, you will be the Data Generation Lead for an oncology asset. You will design and oversee evidence generation plans that support clinical and access decisions across the product lifecycle. You will work closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial, and external partners. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Work in partnership with the Global Medical Lead to develop the overall data generation plan that aligns clinical, regulatory and access needs across the product lifecycle.
Oversee delivery of non-interventional studies, including protocol development, study execution, analysis and transparent reporting.
Lead and mentor the Data Generation team responsible for real-world evidence including health economic studies and outcomes research for an oncology asset.
Partner with clinical development and medical teams to shape study design, endpoints and comparators to meet payer and HTA expectations.
Represent the team in cross-functional governance and in external scientific dialogue with payers, HTA bodies and academic partners.
Manage resource planning and budget for all evidence activities and track impact of evidence on internal decision-making and external access outcomes.

For the hybrid position, you will be expected to spend at least two days per week at the GSK Upper Providence, PA office and the remainder of the time working remotely. Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or Master’s) in health outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, clinical research, pharmacy, medicine, or related discipline.
7 + years of experience in health outcomes, real-world evidence, health economics or related functions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Hands-on experience with observational study design, comparative effectiveness, economic modeling, or advanced analytical methods.
Experience designing and delivering evidence generation plans to support commercialization, reimbursement, market access or regulatory submissions.
A track record of scientific publications or presentations at major congresses.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across clinical, medical, commercial and access functions.
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple studies and external partners.
Experience in direct line management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex evidence clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience leading teams in oncology or another complex therapy area.
Deep knowledge of the US and Global payer and HTA landscape, and familiarity with evidence requirements of major payers and value assessment organizations.
Experience building strategic external collaborations with academic groups, data custodians, or large provider systems.

The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $226,500 to $377,500. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
