Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians for projects located in or around Bellevue, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform advanced diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
- Complete full HVAC system installations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Read and interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
- Work independently to diagnose problems and implement solutions
- Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- OSHA Certification highly preferred
- Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Controls experience required
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams & blueprints
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
