About the Opportunity

A leading multinational manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Finishing Expert to provide technical leadership across its electroplating and metal finishing operations. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about improving manufacturing performance, optimizing process capability, and developing high-performing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electroplating and metal finishing operations to ensure consistent product quality.
• Improve manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process capability and production yield across finishing operations.
• Develop and mentor technical team members while promoting best practices.
• Support maintenance planning and long-term process sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
• At least five years of experience in electroplating, metal finishing, or related manufacturing processes.
• Experience in machining, casting, stamping, or multi-finish metal plating is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
