A Day in the Life

Peripheral Vascular Health develops products and therapies used in the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease. The Equipment Maintenance team supports site operations through the management, calibration, and reliability of equipment and assets used across manufacturing and business processes.

This position is based in Plymouth, Minnesota and is an onsite role.

As a Project Coordinator on the Equipment Maintenance team, you will lead and coordinate the site calibration program while supporting equipment asset management activities. This role partners with engineers, process owners, and external service providers to ensure equipment and instruments are calibrated on schedule, documentation requirements are met, and systems are maintained to support operational compliance and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate the site equipment calibration program to achieve calibration compliance targets.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve calibration processes, schedules, and documentation.
  • Partner with engineers, process leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure calibration activities are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to schedule and complete calibration services for equipment and instruments.
  • Monitor calibration status, milestones, and performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Support administration of the computerized asset management system, including data maintenance, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Compile, review, and distribute reports related to equipment assets, calibration activities, and program performance.
  • Provide system support, user training, documentation, data extraction, and data review related to equipment maintenance programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience supporting equipment maintenance, calibration, asset management, operations, manufacturing, engineering, or related business processes.
  • No minimum education requirement.
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, or operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using computerized systems to maintain records, track activities, and generate reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Systems Administration, or a technical field.
  • Experience managing or coordinating equipment calibration programs.
  • Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or asset management systems.
  • Experience supporting regulated manufacturing, medical device, or similar quality-driven environments.
  • Experience developing process documentation, training materials, or procedural work instructions.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$52,000.00 - $78,000.00

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
