Salesforce CRM Manager
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce CRM Manager within our Cross-Border division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the CRM platform development life cycle, with specific responsibility for developing the CRM strategy and project/feature prioritisation, requirements engineering, and development oversight through testing, release, and support for products serving our end-user community.
Acting as a liaison between business and technology, creative problem-solving, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail are key skills expected in this role.
You will also be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce professionals across 3 regions.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Working closely with stakeholders to drive and deliver the CRM strategy.
Guiding business requirements gathering and liaising with internal development teams to ensure smooth delivery of key projects.
Working with user groups, drafting training materials, and conducting user acceptance testing across multiple departmental projects.
Collaborating with product managers from other teams to develop and execute CRM solution strategy.
Engaging with business users and managers during the project initiation phase, including setting project and feature priorities, defining scope, user stories, and build designs.
Driving technical and operational excellence across all project areas, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, implementation, and release management.
Conducting User Acceptance Testing and end-user training.
Helping develop and roll out product feature documentation and training materials.
Designing and maintaining complex user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules.
Managing key development requirements end to end.
Providing ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 10 years of IT or related experience, with a solid background in product management/ownership, project/program execution, and management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CRM Lead.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience leading a Salesforce team.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform business needs into technology products, information flows, solutions, and services.
Strong communication, presentation, organisation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach, with the ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with senior business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams effectively and work with multiple project teams and external consultants in a matrix organisation.
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong project management skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple requests, and prioritise effectively.
Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distil high-level information into detail, and identify true business needs.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
