Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business goals and operational standards. The developer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing compensation modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management related to compensation systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
