Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a dependable Yard Attendant to join our Little Canada team. You'll work with compact construction equipment, interact with customers, and support our sales, service, parts, and rental teams.
You'll keep equipment organized and ready for customers while safely moving machines around the yard and supporting the sales, service, parts, and rental teams with daily operations.

What You'll Do
- Safely load and unload equipment for customers and deliveries
- Operate Bobcats and similar compact equipment to move machines, attachments, and supplies
- Prepare and maintain equipment for customer pickup, rental, service, or display
- Receive, organize, and stock parts, supplies, and equipment
- Keep the yard, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support sales, service, parts, and rental teams with daily operational needs
- Provide excellent customer service and follow company safety standards
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for someone dependable, mechanically minded, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to learn. Equipment, automotive, construction, agriculture, landscaping, or related experience is a plus.
We're looking for:
- Bobcat or similar equipment operating experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning about equipment
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
