Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during night shifts and overtime hours
• Support team members by handling dishwashing and general porter duties efficiently
• Ensure all kitchen and dining areas meet high standards of hygiene and safety
• Assist with inventory and supply management as needed

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
