We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded National Finance Manager to lead the local finance function and support the continued delivery of strong financial and governance standards.
This role operates at the intersection of local statutory accountability and regional business integration, requiring a leader who is comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-evolving business environment.
Role Purpose
Planning, execution, coordination and evaluation of Marketing activities and projects (incl. innovation, portfolio management, consumer demos and promotion, communication (in store & out of home), budgeting (BMI management) with full accountability for the Category annual plan.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual Category Integrated Business Plan (IBP) following UL established process, dates and deliverables.
Deliver Brand Experience Toolkit (BET) aligned with IBP Plan to Customer Marketing
Define the proper Portfolio and Price strategy to win in the market place across channels.
Portfolio management (COTC & TOTT, Smart Sourcing) and Price monitoring (competitor, strategy, GM, profitability).
Define Promo price and offers golden rules and monitor proper execution by CD Team through channels.
Own Ariba Buyer process (Procurement).
Attend and give input on innovations, trends, volume, portfolio transition (hard transition) at Demand Planning meeting.
Lead Innovation Process Management (IPM) meeting funnel phases timeframe to bring products and news to the market place as per business needs / launch date (Bosscard, BC, regulatory process – R&D, codes creation, inclusion in S&OP, launch, post-mortem, others).
Global BETs adaptation to local markets.
Develop and manage Media Plan with local Creative and Media Agencies, including BET adapt.
Regularly Trade visits for market insights, performance and competitors.
Category performance review (One4all & Brand Report) to ensure P&L shape and target compliance.
BMI control management: smart spending compliance and activity chart monthly consolation).
Identify Consumer Market Research needs, ensure budget allocation for CMI in annual plan OVH (0.3% pf annual TO), execute agency briefing and action plan with both execution.
Brand and Category training for Demos at POS and Promoters.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ track record in marketing / trade marketing / customer development.
PREFERRED : Master’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Finance. • Experience in the Retail Marketing Industry and Multinational Corporation.
College/University degree • Fluency in English
IT proficiency (ms office: ppt, excel, word).
Strong analytical, numerical and financial skills (P&K)

Structured verbal and written communication (English & spanish) • Open personality, is a team player
