Day to day as a Member Service Specialist

As a Full-Time Member Service Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our members with their day-to-day transactions. Proficiency in cash handling is essential, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 6 months plus of customer service
• Problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• High School Diploma
• Punctuality and regular onsite attendance

Preferred experience:

• Loan experience
• Cash-handling

Schedule

Monday: 9:00am-6:15pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-5:15pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-5:15pm

Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-6:30pm

*Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm

*Saturdays will be on a rotating schedule
