Description
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Regional Hub Manager to lead a team of field-based sales professionals and drive sales performance across a regional retail network. This role is ideal for a commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional performance targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to maximise performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns, merchandising standards, and retail initiatives.
- Analyse sales and operational data to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage retail assets, budgets, expenses, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, performance reviews, and team meetings.
- Ensure the successful introduction and distribution of new products within the region.
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7).
- 4–5 years' sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within FMCG, cellular, or consumer electronics environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Sound business and financial acumen.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and drive results through teams.
