Rattaché(e) à la Direction Finance EMEA, vous pilotez les processus de planification financière, de prévisions, de reporting et d'analyse de la performance pour la région EMEA. Véritable partenaire du business, vous accompagnez les équipes de direction dans la prise de décision et contribuez activement à la transformation de la fonction Finance.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Piloter les cycles de forecast, budget et plan stratégique EMEA.
- Assurer l'interface avec le Corporate FP&A et coordonner les différentes entités de la région.
- Réaliser des analyses de performance, des modélisations financières et des recommandations stratégiques à destination du management.
- Accompagner les décisions d'investissement, de croissance et de gestion des ressources.
- Développer et harmoniser les processus, outils et modèles de planification financière, notamment via OneStream.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de la rentabilité, du cash-flow et de la performance globale de la région.
Profil recherché
- Formation supérieure en Finance, Comptabilité ou Gestion.
- Environ 10 ans d'expérience en FP&A, contrôle de gestion ou finance business partnering, idéalement dans un environnement international et multi-entités.
- Solides compétences en analyse financière, planification et modélisation.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, de collaboration et d'influence auprès d'interlocuteurs variés.
- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel ; la connaissance de OneStream et/ou Power BI constitue un atout.

FP&A Manager EMEA
Reporting to the EMEA Finance Leadership team, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities across the EMEA region. As a trusted business partner, you will support leadership teams in strategic decision-making and play a key role in the ongoing transformation of the Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles.
- Serve as the primary interface with Corporate FP&A and coordinate financial planning activities across the region's various entities.
- Deliver performance analyses, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders on investment, growth, and resource allocation decisions.
- Develop and harmonize financial planning processes, tools, and models, including OneStream.
- Contribute to improving profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering, ideally within an international and multi-entity environment.
- Strong capabilities in financial analysis, planning, and modeling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with OneStream and/or Power BI is considered a plus.
