Overview
Support OU-level data modelling for mid- term planning: Accountable for data collection, consolidation and primary validation process, facilitation of regular connects with MUs aimed to support optimal supply and demand outcomes for the Swissco system. Ensure up to date reporting & insights shared across SC functions
Responsibilities
- Run monthly Demand data consolidation for analysis prior to SwissCo forums and update standard report for the forum presentations prep
- Consolidate NPD data and volumes on a monthly basis using standardized template for further CP analysis
- Facilitating and prepare pre-read materials for Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) and other performance management forums and after alignment done by CP update the system accordingly
- Preparing monthly performance and calendar assumptions across stakeholders based on CP inputs and update JDA accordingly
- Collect external Forecast and update JDA on a monthly basis and ensure data health check is done
- Support OU iSOP deck updates for all standard content ie., demand update & utilization, etc.
- Update & prepare the standard system available headroom & volume opportunities monthly template for sharing with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that all decisions are properly parametrized in the planning systems (runrates, downtimes, TE, volume allocation, etc.)
- Monitor and report monthly significant deviations between AOP/iSOP and actual produced volume across the sites per selling MU
- Track TE & NE commitments vs actuals per site per line on a monthly basis and incorporate the report into iSOP info pack
- Monthly cycle: Ensure all JDA set ups are correct in sytem (ie new line setup, new packaging /bagmaker set up)
- Ensure EMEA PSP data collection template (PPT decks provided by MUs) is standardized and provided by OU s on time
- Ensure EMEA Single Serve Template is updated basis OU input within defined cadence during the year ie., AOP/PSP
Qualifications
Target years’ experience: 11+ years
University degree, Engineering is a must
