### Broad Knowledge and Experience In

• Business process transformation, operational excellence, and digital enablement initiatives across enterprise functions.
• Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, and business process standardization.
• Requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping, and future-state design.
• Data modeling concepts, data lifecycle management, and integration of business processes across systems.
• Automation opportunities using low-code/no-code platforms, workflow orchestration, AI, and analytics solutions.
• Agile delivery methodologies, product-centric delivery models, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Defining transformation requirements and designing scalable business processes that enable data-driven decision making.
• Working with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to improve data quality, streamline operations, and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce manual effort, improve controls, and enhance user experience.
• Identifying and implementing AI-assisted solutions for process optimization, workflow automation, data stewardship, knowledge management, and governance activities.
• Evaluating emerging AI technologies and incorporating AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise transformation roadmaps.
• Assess, pilot, and scale AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value while adhering to governance and responsible AI practices.

• Prompt engineering and AI-enabled productivity techniques to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, and solution design.
