Role Overview  

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Designer to join our e-commerce creative team. In this role, you will lead the visual execution of major on-site campaigns, create compelling customer-facing experiences, and drive design excellence across multiple product categories.

Beyond producing high-quality creative assets, you will play a key role in shaping campaign concepts, mentoring junior designers, and translating business objectives into impactful visual solutions. This position requires a strong balance of creativity, executional excellence, stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset.

  

What You Will Do 

Creative Leadership

• Lead the creative development and execution of major e-commerce campaigns, seasonal events, and promotional initiatives.

• Own the visual direction for high-impact on-site experiences, including homepage takeovers, campaign landing pages, promotional banners, and merchandising assets.

• Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.

Design Execution

• Design and produce on-site creative assets, including banners, campaign visuals, landing page components, and promotional content.

• Develop category-specific creative solutions that effectively support business and customer objectives.

• Create scalable design systems and templates to improve creative efficiency and consistency.

• Deliver high-quality assets across multiple placements and formats within tight deadlines.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, CRM, Product, and other stakeholders to develop effective campaign strategies and executions.

• Translate campaign goals, customer insights, and business priorities into impactful design solutions.

• Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Mentorship & Team Support

• Provide guidance, feedback, and creative direction to Junior Designers.

• Support the development of design best practices, workflows, and quality standards within the team.

• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team culture.

Performance & Optimization

• Apply a data-driven design approach by leveraging customer insights, performance metrics, and testing results to improve creative effectiveness.

• Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for optimization through creative experimentation and iteration.

• Use performance learnings to continuously refine campaign strategies and visual execution.

 

Basic Qualifications  

Required

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or e-commerce creative production.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign work, e-commerce experiences, and visual storytelling.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Deep understanding of digital design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience leading large-scale campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or performance marketing environments.

• Experience with design systems and scalable creative production workflows.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and creative performance analysis.

• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
