The Role
A Central Relationship Manager at Fidelity strengthens client relationships through personalized, long-term guidance and proactive outreach. They lead the client contact strategy, collaborate with Relationship Manager teams across the company, and build meaningful, lasting relationships that enhance the client experience and drive loyalty. We are deeply committed to our clients and focused on building lasting relationships, not simply growing sales or assets.
In this role, you will engage current and prospective clients through phone and written communications, delivering a personalized and exceptional client experience. Partnering closely with a Financial Consultant, you will help strengthen client relationships and support asset growth. You will also leverage monthly sales campaigns, identify asset consolidation opportunities, and conduct strategic sales interactions that advance clients through the sales cycle and drive meaningful business outcomes.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services (outbound calling experience preferred)
- Related customer engagement experience desired
- Series 7 and Series 63 required
- Series 66 licensed preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, peers, and business partners
- Comfortable making outbound telephone calls
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A broad understanding of investment options for the high-net-worth client
- An understanding of key economic indicators and interest rates as they impact equity, fixed income products and the financial markets
