How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, and structure large volumes of data from heterogeneous Group sources.
Perform Process Mining analyses to map, audit, and optimize end-to-end processes.
Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and organizational silos through data.
Develop analytical, descriptive, and predictive models to support strategic transformation decisions.
Collaborate with Process Owners and business teams to translate data insights into concrete action plans.
Design and automate dashboards to track the impact of transformation initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Coverage rate of data-mapped processes.
Number of identified and optimized silos.
Operational efficiency gains (reduction in cycle times, automation).
Accuracy and reliability of delivered data analysis models.
As a Data Mining Analyst (m/f) within our global Business Services team, you will support the Group Transformation team by exploring, analyzing, and modeling complex data to identify simplification levers, map end-to-end processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational excellence across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:

Are you a MATCH?
Education & Experience:
Master’s Degree or Engineering Degree in Data Science, Big Data, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or an equivalent quantitative field.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Miner, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist, ideally within a corporate transformation context or process management consulting.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
Strong command of Data Mining, Data Processing, and statistical modeling techniques.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) and Data Visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Process-oriented mindset focused on operational excellence and problem-solving.
Fluent in English (essential for the international business environment).
