- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in enterprise platform advisory and transformation strategies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize technology costs and value levers effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing industry- and function-specific technology assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
- Capability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage complex project dynamics.
