Job Description:

Summary

The Associate - Remote Monitoring Center (RMC) is responsible for supporting global remote monitoring operations, IoT device onboarding, controller monitoring, troubleshooting, data validation, and asset management activities. The role ensures seamless connectivity and monitoring of customer equipment while providing operational support to field technicians, engineering teams, IoT specialists, and digital platform stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•            Monitor connected devices and IoT platforms.

•            Perform device onboarding and asset management.

•            Provide Level-1 troubleshooting and incident resolution support.

•            Maintain data quality, reports, SOPs, and documentation.

•            Support process improvement, automation, and compliance initiatives.

•            Collaborate with Global IoT, Engineering, Digitalization, and Service teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. 0-3 years experience in remote monitoring, technical support, IoT operations, or customer support.
