Dutch-Speaking Customer Care Advisor – Logistics & Delivery

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Care Advisor to join an international logistics and delivery support project in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This is an on-site customer service role where you will assist German-speaking customers with questions related to shipments, deliveries, and order status while providing professional support in German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English.
• Assist customers with questions regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Support customers with delivered, undelivered, delayed, or lost shipments.
• Provide accurate information regarding delivery and order status.
• Investigate customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate complex delivery or logistics cases when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling customer inquiries related to logistics and deliveries.
• Availability to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit is required.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday.
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00.
• Full-time position.
• Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.
