Solar Electrician

Job DescriptionAllSeason Solar & Roofing, a leader in renewable energy solutions, is excited to announce an open position for a Solar Electrician. This is a Full-Time role located at our primary facilities and various NJ / PA site locations, therefore the position is not eligible for remote work arrangements. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team, contributing to both our solar service and solar installation departments. As a Solar Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our solar power installations and maintenance services.This job offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We seek a skilled electrician dedicated to promoting renewable energy and prepared to enhance our capabilities in offering advanced solar solutions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities (including but not limited to):Assemble, install, and test electrical equipment using various toolsRepair, replace, and rewire equipmentTroubleshoot, find causes for issues with assistance of metering teamAnalyze and diagnose problemsRead and understand electrical and structural diagramsResponsible for interpreting PV line drawings and product literature. Electrician is responsible for a code-compliant and operational system.Represent AllSeason Solar as a field contact for the customer, interact with the customer with integrity, and display a professional appearance and attitudeAssist with overall crew and job site safety; staging materials, general ground support, and general site preparation and cleanupAssist with completion of installation reports and paperworkQualifications:Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftopsExcellent customer service skillsExercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanorCapable of lifting 50lbsMust have clean driving recordMust have a valid sate driver’s licenseAbility to work well with others and thrive in a collaborative team environmentBenefitsHealth, Vision PlansPaid Time-Off and Paid Holidays
