The role
The Senior Analyst – Global HR Shared Services will manage end-to-end HR operations support for assigned regions within the US or Australia, based on business requirements and team alignment. The role is responsible for managing daily HR service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, partnering with onshore stakeholders, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across global HR processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations for assigned regions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and Tier 1 payroll support.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes such as benefits administration, leave management, performance management, and employee record maintenance.
- Support employee profile management by resolving HR system access, login, role, and password-related concerns.
- Manage background verification and employee reference processes for supported regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, onshore counterparts, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery.
- Support vendor management activities, including invoice processing and coordination.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as process maps, SOPs, KPIs, SLA reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regional statutory requirements, labor regulations, and internal policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing process documentation and operational support.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend process improvements based on operational insights, regulatory changes, and technology enhancements.
- Review and maintain HR Shared Services procedures to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Postgraduate degree in HR is an advantage.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, or global HR support.
- Experience supporting US or Australia HR processes.
- Strong understanding of regional HR regulations, statutory requirements, employee benefits, and labor laws.
- Prior HR transition, migration, or process improvement experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of VB Macro is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI tools and automation concepts is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and global processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
