What You’ll Be Part Of
The HR Generalist is responsible for independently delivering HR operational and employee support services across the employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers. This role combines strong HR operations expertise with broad HR generalist capabilities to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, employee programs, and people processes.
The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, managers, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, employees, and other stakeholders to drive operational excellence, employee experience, compliance, and continuous improvement. The HR Generalist is expected to exercise sound judgment, proactively resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to broader HR initiatives that support business and organizational objectives
How You’ll Make An Impact
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Independently manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, probation management, employee documentation, personnel records, benefits administration, and other HR transactions.
- Ensure HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Employee and Manager Support
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, programs, procedures, and employee-related matters.
- Resolve employee inquiries and operational issues independently while escalating complex cases appropriately.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Own HR data management, validation, reporting, and audit activities within Workday and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate payroll-related data administration and partner with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, internal controls, and data privacy requirements.
HR Partnership and Problem Solving
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, managers, and employees to support organizational changes, employee relations matters, workforce initiatives, and policy implementation.
- Apply HR knowledge and professional judgment to interpret policies, analyze issues, recommend solutions, and drive consistent outcomes.
HR Projects and Continuous Improvement
- Lead or contribute to HR projects, process improvements, system enhancements, data quality initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve employee experience, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
Employee Engagement and Development Support
- Support employee engagement, communication, learning, and site initiatives through planning, coordination, implementation, and analysis.
- Facilitate employee programs and training activities that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
What Makes You A Strong Fit
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Generalist roles, preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle management, HR policies, benefits administration, labor regulations, payroll processes, and HR systems.
- Proven ability to independently manage HR cases, resolve problems, prioritize workload, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and customer-service skills.
- Demonstrated capability to drive process improvement and influence outcomes through collaboration.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience supporting employee relations cases and organizational changes.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience leading HR process improvement, employee programs, or cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, mobility, or talent programs.
