Join ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation as a Student Assistant – Marketing Analytics & Digital Performance and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, analytics and marketing technology. You will work alongside experienced marketers, contribute to international projects and help turn data into actionable insights that support business growth, while gaining valuable experience alongside your studies.

Your future team:

You will join the global marketing team at ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation, a global subsidiary of the ROCKWOOL Group, with colleagues based in Denmark, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and the USA.

Our international team works across business development, product management, digital marketing, analytics, branding and communications, supporting markets around the world.

What you will be doing:

You will work 15–20 hours per week, primarily from our office in Hedehusene. We will accommodate your working hours around your studies, although occasional flexibility may be required to collaborate with colleagues across time zones. Your studies and exams always come first.

  • Support reporting and performance tracking across our website, paid media, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Collect, structure and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research, website audits and content optimisation.
  • Upload and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a strong user experience.
  • Support campaign execution, reporting, project coordination and marketing operations.
  • Help create and coordinate presentations, web content and social media activities, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Provide ad hoc support to colleagues across marketing, sales and distributor teams.

You will work closely with Mette Bech Madsen, Head of Branding & Marketing Communications, two Digital Marketing Managers, a Marketing Project Manager and another student assistant. You will also collaborate with colleagues across sales, product management and regional marketing, as well as external agencies and partners.

What you bring:

You have at least two years remaining in your studies and are pursuing a degree within digital marketing, business, analytics, communications or a related field.

You are comfortable working with data, curious about what it can tell us and motivated by understanding what drives performance. You enjoy bringing structure to information and have a keen eye for detail.

You are curious, proactive, meticulous and well organised, with a structured approach to your work. You enjoy solving problems, identifying opportunities for improvement and turning information into meaningful insights.

You take ownership of your tasks, manage multiple priorities effectively and collaborate well with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Most importantly, you are eager to learn, develop your skills and contribute to a positive team environment.
