This job is responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Key responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, and providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Job expectations include handling in operational processes which may carry medium to high levels of monetary risk and assisting in training less experienced team members.

Line of Business Job Description:
This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the creation, onboarding and maintenance of accounts, according to the established guidelines and procedures. Key responsibilities include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients and assisting in training for less experienced team members. Job expectations include operating with a moderate level of independence and referring to their team lead or manager for direction and support with moderately complex issues and escalations.
Responsibilities:
- Performs a review and validation of transaction requests and supporting documentation and resolves any gaps, then executes moderately complex transaction processing according to the established guidelines and procedures.
- Researches and resolves regulatory risk points, data discrepancies or missing documentation errors received via reports or requests, according to the established guidelines and procedures, and engaging support partners as needed.
- Responds to requestor and internal partner inquiries related to account servicing, transaction status, or documentation requirements and escalates more challenging issues to leadership as needed.
- Understands the process flow from end to end including the reasons for each step, the process controls, the risks within the process and the upstream/downstream impacts of their work based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience executing operational processes following established procedures, service levels, and control requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using multiple systems and applications to complete operational tasks accurately and efficiently
- Experience reviewing operational transactions, financial activity, or client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements
- Experience managing high-volume workflows and consistently meeting established service level expectations
- Experience researching and resolving operational exceptions, discrepancies, or escalated issues while adhering to established controls and risk management practices
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, reconcile information, or support operational reporting by using v-lookup, pivot tables etc.
- Experience in general accounting and financial reporting principles
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience confirming financial, operational, or client data for accuracy and completeness.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and support business initiatives.
- General Knowledge of Wealth Management, retirement, lending, or investment products
