Description
Account Manager – IT Sales
Location: Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Description:
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Conduct product/service presentations and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Coordinate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Account Management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with lead generation and client handling.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. is an advantage.
