The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing project initiatives impacting North America’ strategic efforts. This role involves ensuring that the successful execution of cross-functional projects accomplishes the objectives in sync with business strategies and goals, overseeing multiple interconnected projects. The project manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and employees, to achieve the desired project outcomes; ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget.
This role is essential in ensuring that all functions work together in harmony to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with key North America Business Leaders to deliver business value and lead strategic cross-functional project teams to deliver on project objectives.
- Seeks to understand the business, not just manage project tasks. Proven ability to develop strong business acumen, learn operational processes quickly, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Develop full-scale project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders- ensuring that projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments to achieve project goals
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver on testing cycles to confirm business requirements were delivered.
- Develop and deliver steering committee presentations and requirements documentation- coordinate and inform executive leadership of status and potential issues.
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of their project
- Draft and submit budget proposals, manage during project execution and recommend/report/submit required changes for approval.
- Negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required team members from within the company.
- Proactively manage changes in scope, identify and manage issues and risks, develop and communicate mitigation plans.
- Track lessons learned and share them with project team leaders.
- Support coordination activities for business case development and calculation of project return on investment
- Partner with change management to support in delivery of project deliverables
- Support PMO Monthly Reporting for North America, leveraging standard reporting tools and protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of overall professional experience
- Experience in leading medium/large business and cross functional projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end sales order management and sales operations processes within a large, complex manufacturing or consumer goods organization, including order-to-cash workflows, invoicing, customer order fulfillment, and cross-functional business operations.
- Project Management training/education and familiarity with PMI (Project Management Institute) terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in fostering strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
