What is the opportunity?
Are you a dynamic, organised professional with a passion for creating engaging workplace experiences? RBC is seeking a Senior Officer to support our Jersey office priorities related to employee engagement, communications, and marketing.
In this vital role, you'll drive the consistent deployment of enablement priorities that delight employees and support an elevated client experience. You'll be at the heart of our Jersey office operations, bringing energy, creativity, and strategic thinking to everything you do.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring minimum 4 days in the office at our Jersey location.
What will you do?
Jersey Marketing Administration
- Plan and deliver local marketing events, managing venues, catering, production, and merchandise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage guest lists for local and international events, ensuring deadlines are met and information is captured
- Monitor the Wealth Management Jersey inbox for client and intermediary responses
- Organise post-event feedback sessions, monthly marketing updates, and quarterly strategy meetings - from agenda preparation to minute-taking
- Manage invoicing administration and supplier relationships
- Track and report on marketing initiatives and event outcomes to measure effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals
Jersey Office Engagement & Communications
- Support the planning and delivery of colleague events, from logistics to vendor management
- Arrange senior leader events and visits, including room booking, catering, and agenda management
- Gather colleague feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives
- Draft and disseminate internal communications through newsletters, announcements, and digital channels
- Partner with Corporate Communications and Business Enablement teams to ensure consistent messaging

Nice-to-have
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Marketing, communications, or events experience
- RBC organisational awareness (UK and/or Global)
- Modern project management skills
- First Aid qualification
