About the Role
Support the financial recovery process that helps ensure accurate, timely resolution of outstanding patient and payer accounts across Optimal Care. As an Account Recovery Specialist, you'll coordinate with internal teams, patients, insurance representatives, providers, and other external partners to gather information, resolve outstanding issues, and keep account-related processes moving forward. You'll work across Home Health, Hospice, and Physician Services, managing detailed documentation and multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and providing professional, responsive service.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, follow-up, and working through complex issues to reach resolution. You'll manage account-related communications and documentation, research and resolve outstanding items, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, maintain accurate records, and ensure follow-up is completed in a timely manner. By staying proactive, communicating clearly, and maintaining strong attention to detail, you'll help improve recovery outcomes while supporting efficient operations across the organization.

Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative/clerical setting
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred

- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate computer equipment, Excel, Outlook, Word, Fax, and photocopy machines
