  • Design and deliver customer training and technical workshops based on identified needs.
  • Monitor market developments and external research that may affect demand for borates and other U.S. Borax products.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Stewardship, Quality and Production to understand customer needs and coordinate responsive support.
  • Represent U.S. Borax through presentations and participation at conferences and industry events across borate end-use sectors.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20-30% of the time.
  • Experience leading technically complex projects with a significant commercial component through to completion, including coordinating contributors inside and outside the organization.
  • Commercial capability to assess and monitor project viability and attractiveness using market, customer and technical information.
  • Clear written, verbal and presentation skills for communicating technical content to external customers and to technical and commercial colleagues.
