Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer L1/L2 to support the Belgrade office and maintain reliable day-to-day IT infrastructure for local employees and equipment.
Requirements:
2+ or more years of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT support role;
Knowledge of local and global network fundamentals;
Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-site in the Belgrade office.
Responsibilities:
Provide IT infrastructure support;
Maintain and manage technical equipment;
Assist end users with technical issues and inquiries;
Support local and global network operations;
Troubleshoot connectivity and core network-service issues.
Nice to Have:
Experience with office hardware lifecycle management;
Experience supporting a distributed corporate IT environment.
Working Conditions:
On-site at the office (Belgrade, Osmana Dikica);
Target start date: TBD.
