Food & Beverage Server - Casual - Silvertip Resort

Stone Creek Golf Courses is the proud operator of Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Alberta, and Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, BC, world-class golf resorts located in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Canadian Rockies.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Casual Food & Beverage Servers to join our team at Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Alberta.

In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service while supporting our food and beverage operations based on business needs. Casual Servers may be scheduled across Silvertip's dining outlets, banquets, weddings, private functions, and special events.

This position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts available based on operational requirements and event bookings. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Check on guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns.
• Present bills and process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Follow health, safety, and responsible service procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, banquet, and food and beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of Silvertip Resort's food and beverage outlets, banquets, and special events.

Qualifications

• ProServe or other certification for responsible liquor sales and service is required.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays safely.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Work Conditions

This is a casual position, with shifts scheduled according to operational needs, seasonal demand, and event bookings. Hours may vary from week to week and are not guaranteed.

The role involves prolonged standing, walking, carrying trays, and working in indoor and outdoor dining environments. Team members may be required to assist across multiple outlets and event venues within Silvertip Resort.
