Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining ERP inventory accuracy along with the actual reports provided by the warehouse department, controlling inventory transactions, supporting demand planning activities, and ensuring material availability for manufacturing and operational requirements.
Essential Job Functions: Warehouse Operations Management
- Monitor inventory accuracy reflected on ERP through cycle counts and reconciliations provided by Warehouse department.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately processed: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitors safety stock levels
- Investigate inventory variances and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop inventory forecasts based on demand and production plans.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics environments.
Education
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency required. Experience with ERP systems, MRP, forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of MRP processes and material management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with quality environments such as ISO or Lean Six Sigma
- Lean forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency required
- Data Analytics Experience in BI desirable

Responsable de mantener la exactitud del inventario en el ERP conforme a los reportes de inventario fìsico real proporcionados por el área de almacén, controlar las transacciones de inventario, apoyar las actividades de planeación de la demanda, asegurar y eficientar la disponibilidad de materiales para los requerimientos de manufactura y operación.
Funciones esenciales del puesto: Gestión de operaciones de almacén
- Monitorear la exactitud del inventario reflejado en el ERP mediante los conteos cíclicos y las conciliaciones proporcionados por el área de Almacén.
- Asegurar que todas las transacciones de inventario se procesen a tiempo y con exactitud: recepción, acomodo (put-away), reabastecimiento y surtido de pedidos (picking).
- Apoyar las iniciativas de Manufactura Lean, Kaizen y mejora de procesos.
- Monitorear los niveles de inventario de seguridad.
- Investigar las variaciones de inventario y realizar análisis de causa raíz.
- Elaborar pronósticos de inventario con base en la demanda y los planes de producción.
Requisitos
De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en entornos de control de inventario, cadena de suministro, manufactura o logística.
Escolaridad
Licenciatura en Cadena de Suministro, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
Conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes
- Se requiere nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado. Experiencia con sistemas ERP, MRP, pronósticos y optimización de inventarios.
- Sólidos conocimientos de operaciones de almacén y principios de control de inventario.
- Experiencia con sistemas ERP, de preferencia Oracle.
- Dominio de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
- Conocimiento de los procesos MRP y de la administración de materiales.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Experiencia en entornos de calidad como ISO o Lean Six Sigma.
- Pronósticos Lean y optimización de inventarios.
- Deseable experiencia en analítica de datos y BI (Business Intelligence).
