Role Summary:

The Food & Beverage Coordinator – Equipment supports the maintenance, repair, replacement, and operational reliability of food & beverage equipment across the circuit. This role manages work orders, coordinates service providers, administers equipment purchases, maintains asset records, and provides analytical support to the Associate Manager, Category Management. The Coordinator works closely with Operations, vendors, Procurement, and internal stakeholders to minimize equipment downtime, improve service performance, and ensure the efficient management of equipment assets throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor open work orders, follow up with service providers on status and completion timelines, and drive timely resolution to maintain operational and revenue-generating equipment.

• Provide regular updates to operations to build rapport and keep the team informed.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, proactively addressing service constraints, parts availability issues, and process improvement opportunities to improve service quality, reduce downtime, and support operational performance.
• Maintain accurate equipment and asset records in Service Channel, ensuring timely updates for purchases, replacements, transfers, installations, and retirements.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, delivery, installation, and redeployment activities while providing status updates to stakeholders and supporting fixed asset tracking.
• Support the Associate Manager, Category Management with data collection and reporting initiatives.
• Compile information for budget reviews, equipment replacement planning, and CAPEX projects.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and control costs.
• Assist with maintaining dashboards and reporting tools used to support strategic decision-making.

• Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting for Operations, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams.

 

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-3 years of relevant experience in equipment coordination, facilities management, operations support, maintenance management, or a related field.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

• Power BI experience preferred.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• ServiceChannel or similar work order/service management software experience preferred but not required.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Analytical and comfortable working with large datasets.

• Proactive and collaborative.

• Customer-focused.

• Possesses a willingness to learn.

• Experience working with vendors, service providers, or cross-functional teams preferred.
