Amazing Smiles Orthodontics is looking for an ambitious Associate Orthodontist to join our thriving team at our Glen Carbon and O'Fallon, Illinois locations. We are seeking a full-time Associate Orthodontist, 4 days per week, who is clinically confident, motivated, competitive, and excited about contributing to the continued growth of our practices.

At Amazing Smiles, you'll walk into an established patient base and a proven orthodontic organization rather than starting from scratch. Our practice provides personalized orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults, with treatment options including braces and Invisalign. Amazing Smiles is also a Diamond-Plus Invisalign Provider, reflecting the experience and volume of our clinical team. You'll be supported by an experienced team of orthodontists and dedicated clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on what matters most: taking care of patients, building relationships, and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program
• Certificate of completion from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic residency program
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in Illinois
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Growth-oriented mindset
