Shape the Future of SAP Security

Join our SAP Platform Security team and help organizations secure their SAP landscapes across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work with leading global clients to design, implement, and transform security capabilities that protect critical business processes, sensitive data, and business transformations.

This role goes beyond traditional SAP Security. We are looking for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking to anticipate emerging risks and design preventative controls. As SAP ecosystems increasingly adopt AI, automation, cloud technologies, and non-human identities, you will help clients prepare for tomorrow's security challenges, not just today's.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), and SAP GRC.
• Design and implement SAP security architectures, authorization concepts, role-based access controls, and governance frameworks.
• Advise clients on SAP cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), segregation of duties (SoD), compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Support SAP security assessments, vulnerability management, system hardening, monitoring, and audit readiness activities.
• Design and implement controls that protect critical business processes and sensitive business data across SAP and connected enterprise applications.
• Integrate SAP security with enterprise IAM, IGA, PAM, and identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to embed security and controls into SAP transformation, migration, cloud, and RISE with SAP programs.
• Apply creative thinking to identify emerging risks and design preventative controls for evolving technologies, including AI agents, automation, and non-human identities.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to security offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Support business development, solutioning, proposals, and client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP GRC, SAP IAG, IAS, IPS, and SAP authorization concepts.
• Experience with SecurityBridge, Pathlock, NextLabs, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
• Experience with SAP vulnerability management, security monitoring, and security operations.
• Understanding of internal controls, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Experience with RISE with SAP and cloud security operating models.
• Strong analytical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience assessing security implications of AI, automation, delegated access, non-human identities, or emerging technology trends.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, SAP Security, SAP GRC, or cloud security certifications.
• Must speak fluent English, Dutch is highly preferred
• Living already in a EU country
