We are continuously searching for exceptional Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developers across India to help us build and enhance world-class digital experience platforms serving millions of customers globally. What You'll Do (When You Join Us)

As an AEM Developer, you will build, customise, and optimise enterprise-grade content management and digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe technologies.

Architect & Build

• Design and develop scalable digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Components, Templates and Content Fragments.
• Develop custom AEM components, workflows, services, servlets, and integrations using Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
• Build and maintain responsive websites using HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Integrate AEM with external systems, APIs, digital asset management platforms, and cloud-based services.

Optimise & Enhance

• Improve application performance, page load speed, content delivery, and platform scalability.
• Implement best practices for content authoring, reusable components, accessibility, SEO, and security.
• Support automated deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native AEM implementations.

Collaborate

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, UX Designers, Content Authors, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in solution design discussions, estimation sessions, code reviews, and architecture governance activities.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive engineering excellence across the delivery lifecycle.

Mentor & Share

• Support and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical coaching.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing forums, technical communities, and Adobe Experience Manager best-practice initiatives.
